Recollection of Yesterday

Give thanks, in all situations. That is a divine injunction that is so potent and capable of turning situations around, and i believe in that. Only sometimes, when things go so wrong, you find it difficult to give Him thanks but regardless of 'this' situation, i give God thanks.
Yesterday, i woke up happy and full of expectations for the Weaverbird Magazine (which i served as the editor-in-chief) launch. I worked hard for the production and was expecting to just drop by the printer's to collect copies for the launching, only to get there and find out a huge mistake in the pagination of the magazine from the printer.
When i noticed it, i became angry and started yelling at the printer, then i broke down into tears and cried my heart out, before i started trying to call people,(sadly) to enlist their sympathy. Unfortunately, that didnt work. So i sat down and cried some more, on hearing the printer say something can be done about the mistake later, i became strong and took copies of the magazine to the launching venue.
Now, the launch has long been over and  i received loads of congratulations for the beautiful production, but i still feel terrible because i know my original aim has been thwarted  and my effort futile. I feel really bad but in all of these, i take responsibility for what has happened.
Plus i give thanks to ALMIGHTY GOD for inspiration, strength and for seeing us,(yes! me and my wonderful and supportive editorial crew) through to this day, when am able to gracefully say its over and hope that something can be done about the remaining mutilated copies.
